Anila started in our children's program when she was seven years old. She has consistently trained with focus and a strong, eager spirit. Her mat presence is so notable that over the years we have included her in a number of our public demonstrations. It's always a joy to watch her take her belt exams. Anila was testing for her next teen rank. However, her exam was so strong that I offered her the option of her first adult rank which, after consulting with her parents, she did accept.
